These terms

These terms apply when you buy from fluffdale.co.uk. Please read them with our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of them. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Products and pictures

We try to show every product accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Some of our lifestyle images are styled scenes: the product shown in them is the real product, but the setting may be digitally created. Sizes and measurements are approximate, and we list them on each product page.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If we list a product at a clearly wrong price by mistake, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.

Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation email. If we can't supply an item (for example, it has sold out at our supplier), we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

Covered by our Shipping policy. The risk in the goods passes to you when they're delivered.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Covered by our Refund policy, including your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Using our products

Our products are accessories for pets. Please supervise your pet with any new item, and stop using anything that becomes damaged. Lick mats and bowls are not chew toys.

Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
