Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland. We can't deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or BFPO addresses yet.

How long it takes

Your order is packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 working days. Most orders arrive within 7–14 working days of being placed. Every order is tracked, and you'll get the tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

Our products are sent from our suppliers' international warehouses rather than a shop in the UK. That keeps prices fair, but it's why delivery takes longer than next-day. If you order several things, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You only pay for delivery once.

What it costs

Delivery is free on orders of £30 or more. Below £30 it costs £2.99.

Customs and VAT

Prices on our site include VAT where it applies. If a courier ever asks you to pay import charges on one of our parcels, get in touch and we'll refund them.

If your parcel is late or lost

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days of placing it, message us through our contact page with your order number. We'll check the tracking with the courier and, if it's lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund — your choice.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll help, but we may need to charge delivery again to resend it.
