How do I pick the right size?
Only four of our products come in sizes. Blankets: Small 60 x 40 cm, Medium 76 x 52 cm, Large 104 x 76 cm. Drying towel: 35 x 75 cm for small dogs and cats, 50 x 100 cm for the rest. Paw cleaner: Small for small paws, Large for the rest. Water bottle: 300, 350 or 550 ml. Every product page has the table under the size selector, and the full size guide is here. Between sizes? Go up.
How long does UK delivery take?
Tracked UK delivery takes 7 to 14 working days from your order. Delivery is free on orders over £30, otherwise it costs £2.99.
Can I return something?
Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. It needs to be unused and in a state we could sell it in. If something arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo and we will replace or refund it. Our full returns policy has the detail.
How do I wash it?
Every product page has a 'How to wash it' section with the instructions for that item. In general: fleece and microfibre go in the machine, silicone rinses under the tap, and the hair roller just needs emptying. When in doubt, the label on the item wins.
Do you do cats?
We do. The blanket, the lick mat and the hair remover were chosen with cats in mind, and the drying towel's small size suits a cat that has been out in the rain. Everything for cats is here.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We would rather do one country properly than four badly. It is on the list.
Where is my order?
You will get an email with tracking as soon as it is on its way. If it has been more than 20 working days since you ordered, get in touch and we will chase it.
How do I reach a human?
